How to begin year 2023

Here are a few general tips that may help you get off to a good start in the new year:

  1. Set clear goals: Take some time to think about what you want to achieve in the new year and create specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals to help guide your efforts.

  2. Create a plan: Once you have identified your goals, break them down into smaller, more manageable steps and create a plan for how you will work towards achieving them.

  3. Reflect on the past: Consider what worked and what didn't work for you in the past and use those insights to inform your planning for the new year.

  4. Prioritize self-care: Make sure to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. This may include things like exercising, getting enough sleep, eating well, and finding ways to manage stress.

  5. Celebrate your accomplishments: Don't forget to take time to celebrate your accomplishments, big and small, as you work towards your goals. This can help keep you motivated and focused

Are girls truly Bad?

Ladies are thought of as weak, fragile and soft hearted. Yeah I know it’s a big mistake to think that way because we can all give examples of women who are tough, strong and with strong heart.
When it comes to relationship, I must admit that more guys break the hearts of ladies than ladies do break the hearts of men…. *please please no debate…lol*
Unfortunately when a lady decide to be bad…. don’t go there!
So my dear ladies….
Why will you toss a guy up and down, stretch him like chewing gum only to say YES to his proposal?
Why will you push him to spend more than he earns on you?
Things you know are your wants and not needs, you still push him to get them for you. He came to date you and now he is your mother and father combined that he must take all responsibilities. I know a lady who even asks money for sanitary pad.

Why will you push a guy to this extent when you know deep down in your heart you dont love him? Why will you let him do all your wishes only for you to laugh at him behind? Why will you be hanging out with your ex or another guy and have fun with him while your supposed boyfriend does all the dirty or hardwork?
You know how much he loves you. You know none of your ex or guys you hang out with can do what he does for you and yet you close your heart and treat him badly as if he doesn’t exist in your world. You get closer and nice to him only when you need something from him because you know he loves you and can’t say no.
He is a human being with a heart, he has feelings and feels pain. You have caused him to cry like a baby begging you to return his love.
STOP taking advantage of such kind and caring guys out there. Most ladies say all guy are the same…. *I’m sorry that’s FALSE.*
There are genuine and good guys out there but unfortunately some of these wicked ladies have broken their hearts beyond repairs.
If you don’t love him…tell him the truth and let him go. Don’t pretend you are because of the benefits you don’t want to loose. _Don’t use fake or weak excuses of some few things he didn’t get or do right because it’s not Jesus you are dating but a human being who is bound to make some few mistakes here and there._
When a guy breaks a heart you see the pieces but when a woman does it you can’t find the pieces because you only see your heart in a powdered form….smooth! This is because you don’t see it coming, you don’t expect such things from a lady because they are seen as angels on earth.
I repeat…there are still good guys out there who are ready to love with all their heart. Stop crushing them and cherish them when you find them.

Nine things a gentlemen must have

We compiled a cool list of things every guy should own or aspire to own. If you own all now, then you there but if you don’t, hustle harder. We all want to be this cool guy in the neighbourhood, so these items help us get there. In no particular order, the undisputed list of what every guy should own
1. SMARTPHONE
Every cool guy should have a nice smartphone; I think it’s a must. You need to surf the net, send emails, keep in touch with friends, listen to music and do other things you can do with your smart phone. In fact your smartphone makes you smarter. So if you don’t own one already, I think you should visit a phone dealer and pick up a good smartphone.
2. GOOD WARDROBE
A good wardrobe is a must for every cool guy out there. If you don’t dress cool, then you not cool. Having some nice pairs of trousers, shirts, boxers, shoes, watch, belts, caps and etc gives you options whenever you need to hit the road. So if your wardrobe is in shambles, you need to fix it now.
3. CAR

Itmust not be a Ferrari car or Range Rover sports. Every cool guy needs a car that would help him get to where he needs to go at any time. Luxury is not the reason here but necessity; so aspire to get a cool ride if you are yet to get one. There are lots of cool cars that won’t eat deep into your pocket.
4. HEALTHY BANK ACCOUNT
You need a good job and a healthy bank account too. You have got lots of daily needs to take care of and if you don’t have a healthy bank account, you might run into troubles. So every cool guy knows how to safe for the rainy day. Cool guys don’t spend recklessly and they are not stingy to themselves too. They know when to spend and when to save. Have a healthy bank account.
5. HOUSE
Whether it’s a rented apartment or your own house, every cool guy needs one. You don’t want to live in the streets or inconvenience your friends. So getting a house is one item every guy should get or plan getting. There is nothing like living in your own house. It must not be a big house you know; a cool and comfortable apartment is perfect too.

6.LOVELY WIFE/GIRLFRIEND
Every cool guy needs a cool partner. We all need a cool companion you know; life would be boring without the ladies. You need a woman who would be there for you at all times. So getting a cool wife/girlfriend is a must too.
7. COOL FRIENDS
Every cool guy needs to hang out and you sure would need cool friends to hang out with. The saying “show me your friend and I would tell who you are’’ is so true. You have got to choose your friends wisely as some friends would give you wrong reputation in public. After a stressful week, you need cool friends to chill with.
8.GAME CONSOLE
Whether it’s a PlayStation 4 or Xbox, we need this item when we just want to chill at home. It’s part of what makes us guys, we love challenges and games give us that while entertaining us too. There are lots of cool games out there like Fifa 14 and others that you could play on your console. So getting a console should be on your list today.
9. LAPTOP OR TABLET
You can’t get all you need using your smartphone as the screen size would definitely limit you, so you should consider owning a laptop or tablet. The tablets are becoming more fashionable now and it’s really taking over the place of laptops but some still would prefer the laptops because of the kind of jobs they do.

Nigeria Receives Over 100 Foreign Investors In Just 7 Months

The Executive Director, Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), Mrs UJU BABA, has revealed that more than 100 foreign investors had visited the country between June and December, 2015.

Mrs. Baba, who disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja, said Nigeria is now one of the top investment destination in Africa.

She admitted that the investment business was a slow at the moment, adding, “because we are going through post election period, government activities have slowed down to certain extent and that affects the investment climate.

“Many investors are coming on exploratory visit to find out what Nigeria can offer to them. So, from June to December 2015, we received more than 100 exploratory visits.”

She said that since the appointment of ministers by President Muhammadu Buhari, the country had received different set of investors with serious intentions.

“They are no more on exploratory visit, they are coming to the commission to facilitate meetings with the various sectors and ministries,” Mrs Baba said.

She said investors had confidence in Nigeria’s investment climate despite challenges they may encounter.

The director called on the investors to go through the commission for proper legal framework as the present administration is very serious with issues of rule of law and due process.
